Apartment Description

This is a two bedroom lodge that sleeps four with uninterrupted country and sea views and is finished with a modern feel and is situated close to Soar Mill Cove Beach. The lodge is only a five minute drive into Salcombe town and harbour and is a modern lodge with breathtaking views across the fields and out to sea.

The living/dining/kitchen area is open plan with large windows and doors leading out to the terrace. The living area is furnished with a stylish 'L' shaped 6 seater sofa, TV and a DVD player. The dining area has a dining table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is contemporary and has integrated appliances as well as a built-in gas oven grill and hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge freezer and there is are full utensils and accessories as well as a microwave, kettle, toaster, cafetiere, Iron and ironing board.

The first bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside tables both with lamps, fitted wardrobe and three drawer chest and access to bathroom. The second bedroom is en suite and also has a double bed, 2 bedside tables both with lamps, walk-in wardrobe with shelves. En-suite comprises a whirlpool bath, wash basin, toilet shelving and mirror. The shower room comprises a shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin.

The lodge has open views to the sea and Bolberry Down and a decked patio area with patio furniture. The lodge is located close to the beach at Soar Mill Cove and Salcombe Harbour is a 5-10 minutes drive away. There is 1 dedicated parking space alongside each lodge for 1 car just and a separate car park at top of site for visitor/extra parking.
