John & Julie warmly welcome you to Exton House(formerly Exton Hotel), located in a quiet tree lined road yet just a short walk to the town centre, seafront and Riviera Centre. We have been rated 4 star guest accommodation by the English Tourist Board we pride ourselves on our high standard of cleanliness,attention to detail and hospitality. Here we offer stylish well equipped double and family en-suite rooms which are all tastefully decorated and furnished, with freeview TV and free Wi-Fi,complimentary beverage tray etc. Children are very welcome.We provide cots,highchairs and baby baths free of charge. Infants up to two years stay free, children under 14 stay for half price. A hearty breakfast of cereals, fruit, yoghurts and of course our Full English or something a little lighter from the cooked menu is all included in the price! We can cater for vegetarians or other special dietary requirements with prior notice. Our three course evening meals are freshly prepared using local ingredients (where possible), please inform us if evening meals are required when booking. Our residents bar offers a range of reasonably priced beers, spirits, wines and soft drinks, relax in the lounge with a book or surf the web, check your e-mails on our guest computer at no extra cost. We have a car park at the back of the guesthouse, if you are using public transport please inform us as we offer a courtesy pick up from Torquay Rail/Coach station
