Customer Rating/Reviews

The staff were genuinely very friendly and polite. We dropped a cap from part of the boat and they replaced it for free with no complaints. The boat broke down but they turned up and fixed it promptly. I got the impression that the Broads meant a great deal to the staff and they talked about it with a lot of passion and experience. We had an amazing time going to the local pubs where the food was a consistently high standard and both the locals and the bar staff were happy to accommodate - it was a breath of fresh air for someone who lives in London. It rained almost constantly everyday ... but it was still an excellent holiday. I can only imagine how much fun it would be in the sun. Author: Mr R, Orpington, Kent - Date Submitted: 07/2011
