Customer Rating/Reviews

As first time boaters we were somewhat apprehensive as to our ability to handle the boat and all aspects entailed with navigation cruising but the level of instruction and quality of information in handbooks soon dispelled all of our fears - quite frankly it was the best holiday we have had in years - certainly one to be repeated in the years to come! Great romantic getaway for me and my husband, boat even had a four poster bed! Life on the river is at a much slower pace, the passers by wave and greet you! Highly recommended. We're planning for next year! Author: Mrs L, Newmarket, Suffolk - Date Submitted: 09/2010

We have been on a 4 days trip on River Wey in a narrowboat from Guildford Boathouse. It was one of the best holidays we have ever had. Great service and help from the boathouse. Sailing slowly down the river and exploring the nature on the river was great. Even when it was raining we enjoyed the trip. It was our first time in a narrowboat on a river holiday - but certainly not the last. Author: Mrs A, 2800 Lyngby, - Date Submitted: 07/2010

Absolutely. We did not want to give the boat back! Author: Miss S, FELTHAM, Middlesex - Date Submitted: 11/2009

We had a fantastic long weekend away, spending time together in a tranquil environment and forgetting all the stresses and worries of the world - really what a holiday is all about! Author: Miss D, Cobham, Surrey - Date Submitted: 04/2008

Without doubt one of the best holidays I've ever had! From the information received beforehand to the end of the holiday, everything was perfect - I will definitely do this type of holiday again and Hoseasons will be the company of choice! Author: Mr C, Jersey - Date Submitted: 07/2007
