Located between the head of Ullswater and the River Eamont you will find Hillcroft Holiday Park, The Park is situated a short walk from Lake Ullswater in the east of the lake district offering spectacular views across the lake. The lake is ideal for sailing and angling and the area is well known for cycling and walking. The park has many facilities and makes for an ideal base to explore the rural region. The surrounding area has many places of interest. At Penrith you will find Rheged Visitor centre which is mainly underground and has many shops on different levels including a cinema and restaurant. There are lots of cruises running allowing you to view the stunning lake and scenery that is Ullswater Lake and many activities are available in the area. The Park is set in picturesque and scenic countryside and makes a great location to explore the nearby countryside.
