Its position alone makes it a tempting holiday venue but Crimdon Dene Holiday Park is so much more than a park with a view. With an outdoor area, all-weather sports court, indoor pool and direct beach access, there is a lot to keep you from venturing beyond the park borders.

The evening entertainment also guarantees a good time for all with the vast range of talented musical acts and performers that will grace the stage of the Ocean Edge Entertainment Centre. Here you can sing along with the large number of tribute acts and bands that play the venue throughout the year. The theme nights as well as the competitions and games mean that the young ones can get involved as well.

5-11 year olds are taken care of with Sparky's kids' club where the kids can enjoy Sparkle's Corner as well as games and banter with the fluffy characters themselves.

The Ocean Edge bar and restaurant is ideal for covering your food and drink requirements by offering a superb selection of meals and beverages to suit your every taste. Sparky's Kiosk also allows you the option to eat freely in your accommodation by providing all the essentials needed for a time away.

Crimdon Dene Holiday Park has room for touring caravans as well as caravan holiday homes which gives it a bit more variety than most other holiday parks in Britain. There are 44 electric pitches for touring caravans. The caravan holiday homes come in three grades from bronze to silver and then to gold. Free gas and electricity comes as standard to all and each home is as spacious as you could want it to be offering nothing but quality and comfort. Pets are only welcome in the bronze rated accommodation.

Local Area Information

Hartlepool and Middlesbrough are near by to offer a good day out for shopping. Crimdon Dene is situated in a former holiday hot spot so the location on the coast means it is perfect for discovering the north east coast. Hartlepool golf course is only 6 minutes drive away, and Tweddle's Children's Animal Farm is a great opportunity for your kids to become one with nature. The Metro Centre, Gateshead plus the Dalton Park Retail Outlet are also terrific destinations for a day trip of shopping.
