Holiday Park Description
There is so much to do at Skipsea Sands Holiday Park that you might not have time to fit it all in! The indoor heated pool is a perfect place to have a splash and let yourself go. The sports hall also invites you to try some badminton, bowling, rollerblading and many other activities. If you just want to unwind and relax then try the steam room and sauna. The kids club organised by Sparky and his friends keeps the kids entertained and there is Hovercraft driving and various workshops including the Park Resorts Stage Academy to keep the slightly older children amused. The Sands Diner and the Pavillion Bar are great outlets to eat and drink whether it's a family meal or a chilled out drink with friends. You can pre-order your breakfasts and they even serve Costa Coffee. The Showbar also offers a superb haven if you just fancy some downtime. The Showbar also has some fantastic evening entertainment such as the Teamstars live shows and the brilliant theme nights. The on-site shop and Sparky's Kiosk take care of your everyday essentials plus toys for the kids. There are also first class free facilities including amusement arcades, showers and a toilet block. You can also enjoy Wi-Fi access in the communal areas. The accommodation is pretty expansive and includes caravan holiday homes, touring caravan spaces, plots for camping and seasonal touring pitches available at certain times of the year. If you have any special mobility requirements then these can be arranged prior to your visit by speaking to the park before you arrive. There really is no stone left unturned and if you book a silver or gold holiday home then you can enjoy an early arrival time.

Local Area Information
The local area also offers some interesting sites of interest. These include the Beverley Racecourse, in case you fancy a flutter during the racing season. The seaside resort of Bridlington is close with its railway station allowing access further a field without having to drive. There is also the quaint Bondville Miniature Village. There really is a lot more to discover than you might assume. This is if you can tear yourself away from the park of course!
