Caravan Description

Our private rental caravan in situated on the prestigious Guillemot area of Kiln Park. Access to the fabulous Tenby South Beach is by a pathway next to Guillemot, so you can understand why we have been caravan owners on this part of Kiln Park for over 25 years.

Our caravan accommodates a maximum of six people, with one double, and two twin bedrooms. Duvets and pillows are provided, but please bring duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels. There are central heating panels in the bedrooms and bathroom, as well as the gas fire in the lounge.

In addition to the bathroom with shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet, there is a separate room with another toilet and hand basin - very convenient.

The spacious and comfortable Lounge/Diner is complimented with a 21in TV with Freeview and DVD player.

The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery etc, for six people, together with full size oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and of course cooking utensils.

Gas and Electricity are supplied, but Entertainment Passes must be purchased from Kiln Park - we can supply the necessary application form.

In line with Kiln Park's own Policy, we do not accept all male or all female group bookings, but welcome enquiries from families and mature couples. We respectfully request no smoking in the caravan, and regret thet we cannot accept pets.

This is our personal family caravan - not an investment - and we generally only hire it to our guests around the months of JUNE, JULY , AUGUST.AND SEPTEMBER.
