Cottage Description

Tanglin is surrounded by a large garden on three sides and is located on a quiet residential street - perfect for quiet relaxing evenings if you want to stay in after a busy day out.

It is light and airy with large windows. The conventional layout is ideal for families with younger children, the 3 bedrooms being at the back of the house away from the kitchen and lounge/diner. A large hallway connects each room and gives plenty of space for shoes, coats, and even pushchairs.

To make the holiday home toddler friendly, there is a proper cot and high chair provided, the single storey design has obvious safety advantages for children away from home.

The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances including Fridge Freezer, dishwasher and washer/drier.

The lounge/diner is comfortably furnished with 2 sofas and a leather chair giving adequate seating for six. TV, Freesat from Sky, DVD player, Stereo and playstation.

The bathroom is a genuine bathroom (in that there is a bath unlike some holiday accommodation) but also has an electric shower over the bath as well as toilet and basin.

Garden chairs are provided to complement the wooden picnic table in the garden. There is plenty of parking as well as a small cellar (with very low ceiling) providing secure storage for surf boards etc.

Local Area Description: Widemouth Bay (pronounced Wid-muth) is 3 miles down the coast from Bude and offers a great beach, cafe, small shop, award winning pub and excellent walks both along the coast path as well as inland towards Bude canal.

Bude offers a good choice of shops including Morrisons, Sainsburys and Co-Op as well as many independent shops, restaurants pubs etc as well as holiday activities including golf, tennis, swimming, children's play barn etc.

Local Attactions: Sun, sand, sea, surfing, Clovelly, Boscastle, Tintagel, Padstow, Eden Project......
