The garden is partially enclosed with garden furniture provided along with a barbeque area. There is ample off-road parking and linen and towels are included, as is electricity and oil central heating. There is an open fire too, but no fuel is supplied and pets are not permitted. You will be expected to pay a £100 security deposit on arrival, but this is refunded on departure. Sleeping nine, this detached house has five bedrooms and is within one mile of a shop, two miles of a pub and three miles from a restaurant. The beach is around 42miles away. It's ideal for fishing, golfing and a range of additional sporting activities. It's also in close reach of some of Northern Ireland's most spectacular scenery. The Cookstown District extends to the unspoilt Sperrin Mountains in the west; and to the east is the vast expanse of Lough Neagh, which is the largest fresh water lake in Ireland and the United Kingdom. The cottage itself is only three miles from Cookstown and is also close to the Ballinderry River.
