Cottage Description

Our cottage in the picturesque fishing village of Appledore is the ideal location for exploring the North Devon coast.

Accommodation: The cottage is arranged over three floors.

Lower Ground Floor: Large sitting room with sofa and doors leading onto the terrace which overlooks the sea. Bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. Utility room with washing machine, microwave and small freezer.

Ground Floor: Light and airy sitting room featuring a wood burning stove and with Freeview TV. Double doors opening onto a balcony overlooking the estuary with table and chairs perfect for watching the boats sailing by. Kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, 'fridge and dining table and chairs.

First Floor: Attractive master bedroom which overlooks the estuary and twin-bedded room. WC and handbasin.

The South West Coastal Path and the Tarka Trail cycle path are both easily accessible from the cottage.
