Only seven miles from the historic town of Monmouth, with its shops, restaurants, inns and good range of leisure facilities. Holidaymakers can rent canoes or bicycles for a traffic free trip along the spectacular Wye Valley and its riverbank. The market town of Abergavenny known as the gateway to the Brecon Beacons is twelve miles away and just three miles away is the village of Skenfrith. There are many excellent tourist attractions to enjoy within a short drive.
