A very spacious and comfortable cottage, equipped with everything we needed. Its good to read that clients return for a 2nd visit we now know why. Brilliant pub nearly next door serving great food and beer.

Excellent accommodation and a very high standard. A joy to return to at the end of each day. Great location for exploring the countryside and coastal areas.

Cottage was best we've stayed in. Spacious and clean and all fixtures and fittings were in good order. It had a well fitted kitchen and the bathroom was huge and modern. The lounge was well organised and the settee comfy. I would recommend this cottage to anyone, especially dog owners. We do not own dogs but the dogs at the main house were well behaved and friendly, as was the couple looking after the cottage.

Cottage was very well appointed and reflected its rating . Idealy situated for touring the area and an Ordnance Survey map would be an advantage to get the most out of the location. We do not hesitate to reccomend the cottage and its owner, Mike Fisher. Mike & Pauline Simpson.

The cottage was very spacious, well furnished and very homely. The owner was very friendly and extremely helpful especially with suggestions of places of interest in the area of which there are many. The location is quiet and peaceful and the very dog friendly pub just a few hundred yards away served excellent meals. Certainly a holiday that can be recommended and that we will repeat in the future.

It was the best cottage I have stayed in. It was so spacious and comfortable and provided an excellent base for discovering the area and further a field. The owner was very helpful.

A superb cottage, equipped to the highest standard and in a wonderful location for all the attractions and walks within the North York Moors. An absolute haven for dogs with dog-friendly pubs and cafes in abundance in the area, and more particularly within 50 yards of the cottage! We shouldn't really be so honest about this place because it will book up too quickly and we might not get in ourselves!!

Cottage was beautiful, immaculate and very comfortable. Excellent walks across the countryside and through the forest, and a very dog-friendly pub a couple of doors down!

Definitely 5* - everything was of such a high standard. It was also exceptionally spacious for 2 people, and yet cosy in chilly weather.

A beautiful cottage in a very quiet location but within easy reach of lots of areas of interest. The owner was very friendly and helpful, but left us to our own devices. The local pub was a mere minute's walk away (if that) and was very cosy with friendly staff. Highly recommended for a get away from it all type holiday.
