Cottage Description
The kitchen is well fitted with a gas hob and an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge. Dining Table and chairs and a quarry tiled floor. Upstairs to a light and airy sitting room with sofa and chair, TV with SKY Freeview and DVD. There are large velux sky-lights with lovely views across the valley to Llangynidr Mountain and down towards Crickhowell. The bedroom has a double bed with oak beams and oak floor. There is a "wet room" with a shower, handbasin and toilet. Behind the cottage is a small courtyard area with garden furniture and a BBQ. Parking for unloading outside the cottage and a designated parking area just across the road. Bedlinen and towels provided. All electricity and gas central heating. Pets on discussion with the owner - downstairs only. Safe storage for mountain bikes etc. in an adjoining garage on discussion with the owner. Good mobile reception. Welcome pack. Travel Cot, Booster seat and stairgates available. Wi-Fi. Several excellent walks directly from the village onto Mynydd Llangorse and onto Buckland Hill. With an excellent circular walk starting from Bwlch around Llangorse Lake, the largest lake in South Wales.
