A very spacious cottage, excellant for large groups of people or a large family, lots of walks in and around the village, excellent for mountain bikers {if very fit).

Ideal venue for a gathering such as ours. Accommodation and grounds of a good standard but not 'over the top' so as to make guests anxious about being unduly careful. Great rural location for the 'big outdoors' and the weather was fantastic!

The house was lovely and very suitable for larger groups. Plenty of walks from the house and easy access to Edinburgh.
