With in comfy walking distance of the main attractions of Stratford-upon-Avon this small tastefully appointed town house is 1 of a little row enjoying its own secluded garden and patio.

The Pinecote property comprises of a comfy sitting room with electric fire. Well appointed kitchen with dining area. Bathroom/WC shower over the bath. On the first floor is a Double bedroom. Twin bedroom.

A ideal base for exploring the many shops inns restaurants and boating opportunities of Shakespeares birthplace; Anne Hathaways Cottage and the world renowned Royal Shakespeare Theatre are less than a mile away. Mary Ardens House is about three miles and Warwick Castle and Royal Leamington Spa are with in ten miles Oxford Cheltenham and excellent Malvern all an hours drive.

Great location, lovely to walk into Stratford. However, the website said that the property had parking but did not state that there were restrictions from 8am to 6pm monday to saturday, it was restricted to permit holders parking only or upto 2 hours for others (i.e. guests). The landlady gave us a very warm welcome on the day of arrival and made sure we had the necessary information to get settled in in the cottage. The cottage is within an easy reach from the railway station as well as the centre of town, and the theatres, so it's ideally located if you use public transport to get around. We also found it a good starting base for a number of walks around Stratford. Anne Hathaway's cottage is within easy walking distance.
