Enjoying splendid views over open countryside towards Warwick Castle in the distance this superbly positioned property and its large enclosed garden lies at the edge of Hampton Magna.

The Warwick Views property comprises of a Entance hall. Spacious sitting room with TV and leading to sun room with TV and French doors to patio. Contemporary well appointed kitchen. Dining room. Cloakroom/WC. Utility room. Den with TV. On the first floor is a Double bedroom with TV and shower cubicle. 2 single bedrooms both with TV. Twin bedroom. Bedroom with top bunk (for child) and pull out double bed (for two children) and TV. Bathroom/WC with jacuzzi bath and twin wash basins. Shower room/WC.

lavishly appointed and very comfy it offers an perfect base for exploring the many delights of Shakespeare Country. Formerly the owner's home a small annexe (shown right of downpipe - no access to garden) is occasionally used by family. Warwick (2 miles) a picturesque town known for its magnificent castle provides a selection of inns and restaurants antique shops a sports centre and swimming pool. And only eight miles away in Stratford-upon-Avon guests can discover the Bards birthplace as well as take pleasure in amazing theatre productions and boating on the River Avon. Coventry and the National Exhibition Centre are close by and a mainline railway station (1 mile) offers regular services to London Birmingham and Oxford. Golf angling and riding can all be found close by. Village shop and pub serving food half mile.

This is a lovely family house in a quiet location, but near to Warwick and it's fabulous castle, Leamington Spa and only a short drive to the Cotswolds. This modern house suited our large extended family well, catering for all ages. It was in a quiet location, excellent views to rear and Sky sports package a winner.
