The apartment is a newly refurbished, fully furnished, self-contained ground floor flat with parking space. There are 3 bedrooms in the apartment but it can sleep 7 people comfortably. There is a travel cot available.
The Sitting/Dining room is open plan and has a wall unit, dining table and chairs at one end. At the other is a settee suite, coffee table, T.V, Video and small Hi-fi. Three windows look out onto the North Sea making this light and airy room a pleasure to be in. There is an open fire place.
Bedroom 1 sleeps 2 people and with a double bed. Bedroom 2 has a bunk, where the lower is a fold out double futon, so the room sleeps 3. Bedroom 3 has bunk beds, sleeping 2.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath and utility room with washing machine and tumble drier.
