Description:
Ringwells Farm is positioned in the quiet and secluded hamlet of North Cockerington, which is central to the Lincolnshire Wolds and the coastline. The house is no longer a working farm. Beautifully renovated it is set in a third of an acre of landscaped gardens with views of the Wolds. The house has been refurbished to a high standard and is attractively decorated and furnished. Our pretty gardens overlook fields and grazing horses. Places you can visit whilst you stay! Just three miles away, lying at the eastern edge of the Wolds, is Louth, a busy market town of narrow streets and Georgian / early-Victorian architecture, the fifteenth century St.James' church is the tallest parish church in England with a spire which soars to 295 feet. It can be seen for miles around. Places to visit just fifteen minutes by car is Cadwell Park for the car and bike enthusiast. Half an hour is Market Rasen, Famous for its racecourse. It also has a very pretty market town. What about Horncastle which is better known for its fabulous antique shops. There are also some lovely beaches to visit. Or why not take a trip to Lincoln, walk down the cobbled streets from the castle. Or visit the Cathedral. Then there are Stately homes, gardens and other quaint villages. We can also recommend some truly excellent traditional country pubs and good restaurants in which to lunch and dine. Within walking distance is Rushmoor Country Park set in 5 acres of grounds and an extensive collection of rare, ornamental and traditional breeds of domestic fowl.
