In the mornings you can help yourself to our breakfast buffet which consists of cereals, grapefruit, Yogurt, fresh fruit, fruit juice, tea or a cafetiere of fresh coffee. You can follow this with the full English breakfast, all our bacon and sausage is supplied by WOODALLS of Walberthwaite who have their own herd of humanely reared animals, we also use fresh free range eggs. If you prefer you can have a vegetarian breakfast or a lighter continental breakfast and finish with a choice of toast made with our home made bread and served with homemade marmalade and honey.
In 2001 we were awarded 'Cumbria Culinary Heritage' which is awarded to establishments using locally sourced or homemade products.
We will also be delighted to advise you of restaurants within easy walking distance to give you an opportunity to sample the excellent cuisine available in Windermere.

We have a large selection of walks for all areas of the 'Lake District' available for guests to borrow, these leaflets have a map with detailed instructions and places of interest around the route.
