bGreystone Pool is a family run bed & breakfast concern located in a lovely rural location in South East Cornwall, just 5 minutes drive from the very popular resort of Looe and even less from the famous old smuggling village of Polperro.br We are so ideally situated that you can travel to any part of Cornwall within 90 minutes and also most of Devon as well. The world famous Eden Project is a mere 20 minutes away.brAll rooms are strictly non-smoking, however guests are free to smoke outside under cover.brPlease note- If a minimum stay period is shown and you book online for less than the minimum stay period and the booking is accepted, then a supplement of œ10.00p pp pn will be payable on your arrival.brWe cannot guarantee to accept less than the minimum stay of 3 nights up to 3rd September and from 19th October to 28th October and a minimum of 2 nights from 3rd September to 18th October.bYou can also visit our website where special offers may be available and view all our rooms on an individual basis.brDependant on availability, we have both standard double & twin rooms (shared bathroom) and ensuite rooms. All the rooms are central heated with double glazing, are tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and comfortable with country views. Standard rooms are equipped with hand basins, shaver points, remote TV, clock radio alarms. All ensuite rooms are equipped with Freeview digital TV and our superior ensuites also have DVDCD players.bAs you are aware, this is a family run bed and breakfast and as such, this is our home. We will do everything in our power to make you feel relaxed and at home. However we do like a little bit of time to ourselves which enables us to have our meals and carry out room service and general duties. We would therefore very much appreciate you vacating your accommodation between 11am and 5pm to allow us this space, which also complies with our public liability insurance. We of course do not mind you returning during this period to retrieve forgotten items or other exceptional circumstances, such as health reasons ect.Free level onsite parking is available covered by CCTV. Arrive as strangers and depart as friends.DiscountsbrThere are no charges for children under 2 years of age for which we will supply a travel cot free of charge if required. Please not that you must supply your own bedding and food for the child. Children 3 years to 5 years of age are accepted at 13 of the adult price during any period, when sharing a room with 2 adults. Children 6 years to 11 years of age are accepted at 12 of the adult price during any period, when sharing a room with 2 adults. Children 12 years and over are charge at full adult rate during any period, whether sharing a room or not.On arrival you may be requested to show proof of the childs age.PLEASE NOTE- We have a minimum stay policy of 3 nights up to 3rd September and from 19th October to 28th October and a minimum of 2 nights from 3rd to 18th October, unless availablity is shown for less.Example 1- Where a room is shown available for 1 night with the dates on either side showing FULL, then we will accept a 1 night booking for that room at normal room rate with no supplement.Example 2- Where a room is shown available for 2 nights consecutively with the dates on either side showing FULL, then the room must be booked for 2 nights and will be charged at normal room rate with no supplement..

Continue on along the A38 and eventually you will arrive at the Tamar bridge which takes you into Cornwall. This is where your holiday really begins. Still on the A38 you will pass through the villages of Landrake and Tideford.pOne mile after Tideford you arrive at Trerulefoot roundabout (observe Shell petrol station to the right) At this point turn left onto the A374 signposted Looe and Torpoint.pAfter one and a quarter miles turn right onto the A387 signposted Looe. Continue along the A387 for 6 miles into Looe. On arriving at Looe continue across the river bridge along the A387 signposted Polperro for two and a half miles.pThen turn right onto the B3359 signposted PelyntLiskeardSt Austell.pGreystone Pool Bed & Breakfast is just 800 yds on the right hand side.
