M80A9 from GlasgowPerth in the south, M9A9 from Edinburgh, at the first sign for Aviemore turn right, then at T junction turn right again - the hotel is 1 mile down the B9152 on the right. From Inverness, take the A9 south to the turning marked for Kincraig. Turn left then at T junction turn right, were 1 mile down on the B9152 on the right hand side.From the northnorth east, come into Aviemore then follow the B9152 from the south end of Aviemore for approximately 1.5 miles, were on the right hand side.
