Find your way to the M25 and travel anti-clockwise (signposted M11). Pass the M11 turnoff and exit at junction 26 (A121 signposted Loughton). Take 1st exit at the roundabout. You will travel past the Woodbine pub and up the hill through the forest. At the next roundabout take the 1st exit and travel for approximately 3 miles - you will then have arrived in Epping. In the centre of the town you will pass straight through 2 mini roundabouts (the second is next to a pretty church). 100 yards further on you will pass a pedestrian crossing and Buttercross Lane is the next left turn (just before two traditional red telephone boxes). Pergola Lodge is clearly signposted and is the 4th property on the left.
