Follow M4 into Carmarthen, turn right @ roundabout. Over mini-roundabout, over bridge bear right @ traffic lights (A484 to Cardigan). In Cynwyl, the road bears right-take the left fork, B4333 to Newcastle Emlyn (10miles). In Newcastle Emlyn turn left at T junction, then turn right to Aberporth (B4333) Through Newcastle Emlyn, over bridge trun left to Aberporth. 9miles to a T junction, turn left (A487 to Cardigan). 2miles turn right to Aberporth (garage on left). Penrallt is half a mile on the right hand side.
