The Glencoe area is renowned for being the site of the renowned massacre where nearly forty members of the Clan Donald were murdered in their sleep in 1692.

Nowadays the hills and scenery of the Glencoe and Ben Nevis area make a spectacular outdoor playground in the Outdoor Capital of the UK. Our self catering cottages offer a marvellous base to take pleasure in the Glencoe and Loch Leven area. Restaurant Bar and Swimming Pool The secluded Holly Tree Hotel with its brilliant restaurant on the waters edge is adjacent to the lodges.

There is also the Captains bar there which serves all day food and drink and a fully heated indoor swimming pool and sauna which lodge residents are welcome to use FREE of charge. A marvellous day touring Glencoe Fort William Oban Mull and the Islands can be finished off with a marvellous swim and sauna in our own heated indoor swimming pool followed by a bar meal in our own Captains lounge bar.
