The full programme of restoration includes the lovely Tam O'Shanter bedroom with majestic four poster bed and themed furnishings. You can gain access into the peaceful and private cottage garden from french doors leading from the lounge and second bedroom

Ayr is a lively town that is popular with guests for its many shops, cobbled, pedestrianised walkways as well as hotels, pubs and coffee houses. Also worth a visit is Culzean Castle and a chance to discover its magnificent interior as well as the gardens and swan pond. Local shops are nearby, with a pub/hotel about half a mile distant.

The impressive accommodation comprises one double room with four-poster bed and one twin bedroom, picturesque lounge open plan to beautifully fitted kitchen with dining area, small bathroom with mood lighting and rain shower over sunken bath. Cooking by electricity, gas central heating. Fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, television, dvd player, cd player. Bed linen and towels are provided.
