We have plenty of wild life as well as deer and woodpeckers in fact Davie Crockett would have been at home in this cabin. The 4 bedrooms are elegant and stylish with well finished shower room and 2 toilets. The Light oak kitchen is fully kitted out with washing machine fridge and full cooker. Fresh eggs are available daily and the local produce is of a extremely high standard. The veranda extends the full length of the log cabin and is that special place that you have always dreamed about for restful in the noon day sun. From the A77 at Ayr take the directions to Ayr hospital and Hollybush on the A713.At Hollybush take right on to the 7034 for 2 miles and then take the sharp left to Skeldon Estate. Note the yellow Kilmore sign. ( Do not take the first sign for Skeldon)On passing the estate gates go over the metal bridge at the river Doon. 100 yds turn right up past Kilmore cottages. Kilmore farm is on the right hand side about a further 100 yds. |
