This lovely, newly redecorated holiday apartment is very well-situated in the heart of the picturesque Clyde Coast resort of Troon. A short stroll takes you to the delightful beach and promenade of this picturesque seaside town, popular with kitesurfers, and the wide range of amenities includes shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs.

The apartment is on the upper level of a small complex of 6 with private parking. The compact interior is tastefully finished, friendly and cosy - perfect for couples. A new marina has recently been completed in the town which boasts a amazing restaurant and plenty of vantage points to sit and watch the boats and cruisers. There are fine cycle routes around the town as well as delightful picturesque coastal walks and the famous Royal Troon Golf Course is only 1 of quite a few local links courses.

This is an brilliant base for exploring the Clyde Coast and South Ayrshire. Day trips could include a short ferry ride to the Isle of Arran (Scotland in Miniature) or a shopping trip to Glasgow in 40 minutes by train.
