Rocklands is a unique development located in the heart of Newquay perched on top of a cliff overlooking the spectacular Tolcarne Beach in Newquay. It beholds a stunning modern design that works in sympathy with its surroundings and boasts luxurious interiors designed to create a unique and sumptuous living experience. Apartment 27 is a studio apartment located on the on the first floor is a of the east wing of the development with views over the town and out to sea.

Each apartment is fitted with state of the art kitchens, but Rocklands will be a stylish destination in itself. On the ground floor you'll find Pizza Express, a spacious restaurant where diners can take pleasure in a unique combination of excellent food, spectacular views and a choice of dining inside or outside on the cliff top terrace.

For your convenience there's an outside shower to wash the sand and sea away, and a heated wet room complete with private lockers to store your boards and suit safely. Roof top sun terrace and hot tub.

Although this property does not have allocated parking, the nearest long stay car park , Albany Road, is with in a ten minute walk. Weekly car parking permits can be purchased online or in person at the cost from The Tourist Information Centre.
