Number fifteen is a spacious and elegant 4 bedroom apartment split over 2 floors and has been finished to the highest of standards. Travel cots, high chairs and stair gates are available on request and at an extra charge.

The properties are located in the middle of three miles of shingle beach where you will also find a cosy pub and cafes. Slapton Ley freshwater Nature Reserve is also close by and is ideal for spotting wildlife and birdwatching.

Living/Dining/Kitchen Area

Situated on the on the first floor is a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area with views across Slapton Sands. Furnished with two 4 seater leather sofas and a coffee table. Wall mounted LCD digital TV with DVD player. A selection of DVDs, games and books. Dining table with seating for 6.

Wifi is available in many areas of "At The Beach" however, the signal strength will vary depending on your position in relation to the router. It is also affected by thickness of walls and occasionally atmospheric conditions. At the present time connection cannot be guaranteed. Travel cots, high chairs and stair gates are available on request and at an extra charge.

Kitchen

Situated on the on the first floor is a fully fitted kitchen with gloss units and a breakfast bar with four stools. Electric oven and grill, halogen hob, dishwasher, washer/drier, fridge, freezer and microwave. Full utensils and accessories as well as a kettle and toaster.

Bedroom 1 with en-suite

Situated on the lower floor with views over Slapton Ley and the beach.

Large double bedroom furnished with a king-size bed, bedside tables, a three drawer chest and wall mounted flatscreen TV. A hairdryer is also available.

En-suite comprises a double shower cubicle, toilet double wash basin, mirror and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2 with en-suite

Situated on the lower floor. Furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe and wall mounted flatscreen TV. En-suite comprises a shower cubicle, toilet wash basin, mirror and heated towel rail.

Bedroom three

Situated on the lower floor. Furnished with twin beds, chest of drawers and wall mounted flatscreen TV.

Bedroom four

Situated on the lower floor. Furnished with a leather sleigh double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and wall mounted flatscreen TV.

Main bathroom is fully tiled and comprises a jacuzzi bath, toilet wash basin, heated towel and mirror. En-suite to bedroom 1 comprises a double shower cubicle, toilet double wash basin, mirror and heated towel rail. Just stone's throw from the beach and local amenities. Slapton Ley Nature Reserve is only a minute from the development. Communal suntrap patio to the rear of the development. Close to Dartmouth and Salcombe. One parking space.

For more information on the programme of guided walks visit Torcross was made renowned as the training ground for US Army forces preparing for the D-Day invasion in World War II. An American Sherman tank which was lost at sea in 1944 and recovered in 1984, and memorials, stand beside the visitor parking lot as a reminder of the lives that were lost.

Dartmouth is a short drive away, as is Salcombe, with both offering a choice of good restaurants, cafes, bars, unique shops and attractions.
