The spectacular lounge is furnished to the highest standards with a cream leather seating unit, display cabinet with cut crystal glasses and champagne bucket, glass topped dinning table overlooking the beach, TV unit with 40 inch satelitte TV and DVD player. The balcony also leads off the lounge.

The open plan kitchen forms part of the lounge and it is fully equipped to the highest standards with granite worktops, dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washer drier in the utility area.All crockery, cutlery etc is supplied along with tea towels and cleaning materials. We also include a welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits to welcome you on arrival.

The apartment is on the 5th floor offering excellent views over the promenade, beach and sea. it also attracts the sun all day making this a lovely warm and welcoming place to stay throughout the year.

A lift will whisk you directly from the underground car park to the apartment which is protected by security fob entry systems.It makes the property very accessible for anyone with mobility problems.

Local Area Description: Eastbourne is known as the sunshine coast due to its many days of sun throughout the year.It offers many fine walks along its fabulous promenade where you can stop off for a drink in one of its many beachside cafes. The apartment is situated right in the middle of Grand Parade with fabulous views over the sea. it is close to the two theatres and the Devonshire Park International Tennis Courts. There are many fine restaurants and hotels right on the doorstep so you can walk almost everywhere very easily.
