The apartment itself can be found in a peaceful winding street opposite the historic church. It is part of a restored 18th Century terrace and is an ideal place for couples to escape to for a spot of romance. Despite its history however, it has been completely modernised to a high standard and is bright and comfortably furnished. The studio comprises a sleeping area with a double bed opening into a lounge, kitchen and dining area; and there is also a wet-walled shower room. Cooking is offered by electricity with a two ring hob and grill/oven, while there is also a fridge, freezer, small twin tub washing machine, a television with Freeview and a CD and DVD player to make use of. Bed linen and towels are provided. It may also be a good choice for those with limited mobility because all rooms are on one level with no steps.

Furthermore, Upper Largo is a gateway to the renowned East Neuk of Fife which is a wonderful spot for angling. You can also enjoy the unspoiled, golden breaches and there are many local museums if you fancy more of a cultural escape.

Golfing enthusiasts will be drawn to the area too with St Andrew's, the home of golf, just 12 miles away. There are also some delightful walks to discover and the village boasts a Post Office, general store and a fine hotel all within walking distance. Of course for days out in the car you will be spoilt for choice as Edinburgh, Perth and Stirling are all close by.
