50 Elm Street is a traditional terraced house has been fully redecorated in 2011 to provide first rate centrally heated and double glazed accommodation for up to six people in a peaceful side street close to Cardiff city centre. The house is situated about a 10-15 minute walk away from Cardiffs lively city centre making it an perfect base for a weekend visit or a longer stay for workbusiness reasons. Em Street is a peaceful road off City Road and Newport Road which are main trading Streets providing a vast range of take-away food outlets welcoming hostelries and many useful shops and a bank with an ATM machine. The house is set back from the pavement by a small forecourt and there is on-road parking available. The front door opens to a hallway with stairs leading to the on the first floor is a and a door to the open-plan loungedining area. There is comfy seating for 6 people and a dining table which can also seat 6. A fully fitted open plan kitchen with a range of wall and base units and the usual appliances (oven hob extractor fridge with icebox microwave). All kitchen utensils cutlery cookware crockery glasses etc are provided. From the kitchen a door leads to a small utilitycloakroom which houses a second toilet and wash basin and a washing machine. On the on the first floor is a there are 3 bedrooms (One of which has 3 single beds in it. 1 double and 1 single. ). Each room has enough storage space for a short stay. The tiled bathroom has a white suite and a excellent shower over the bath with constant hot water being provided by the combi boiler.
