A marvellous Cotswold self catering cottagein an idylic New England Style Lakeside location. Cotswold lake lodge is close to all the Cotswold Water Park facilities. A range of activities for all the family whatever the age. Leisure facilities onsite include water skiing gymnasium sauna solarium and Lakeside Brasserie. Spring Lake is a private lake located at South Cerney the Heart of the Cotswold Water Park and the stunning Cotswolds. Cycling walking angling sailing and golf are all available locally. The Cotswold Water Park also is home to many birds and a must for all photographers. Cirencester is a short three mile drive which hosts many fine bars restaurants and shops. Cotswold Lakeside Lodge is a lovely 3 bedroom New England style holiday cottage in the heart of the Cotswolds. The holiday cottage is arranged over 2 floors and well appointed for a enjoyable stay. On the ground floor is a fitted kitchen which includes a dishwasherdouble oven hob microwave fridge and freezer. A large open plan loungedinercomfortably accomodates 6 people.

There is a TVDVD player digital box along with a stereo player. We have tried to make it feel as homely as possible by adding books of general and local interest. Off the entrance hall there is a downstairs shower room with a toilet and hand basin. The dining area has a staircase leading to the on the first floor is a. Bedroom one Is a large double room that has full length windows with spectacular views overlooking Spring Lake.

This room has a large range of fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers. The room will also accommodate a travel cot. Bedroom two A single bed with another underneath. There is a hanging rail and a bedside cabinet with drawer. Bedroom three This is another double bedroom although there is limited walking space around the bed. There are 2 small bedside drawers and hanging space. There is a bathroom on this floor with toilet bath and hand basin. To the rear of the property there is plenty of room for six people to dine alfresco on the deck overlooking the lake there are also communal gardens.

To the front of the Lodge are resident just parking spaces. There is a bus stop 500m away with buses running frequently to Cirencester. The nearest shop is approx five mins drive away and there is a Tesco in Cirencester. The nearest restaurant is The Brasserie which is on the same Lake and just a couple of minutes walk away.
