Perfectly situated in the city centre of Southampton and is close to all major transport routes local businesses and tourist attractions. There is a convenience store with in a 5 minute walk for all your local amenities and we do offer a food welcome pack which can be ordered from our reservations team up to 48 hours before your arrival date. We have three x 2 bedroom apartments in this building if you require to accommodate multiple guests. The apartment building has a secure entry system and the apartment can be accessed by the lift or stairs. To the left as you enter the apartment there are 2 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed wardrobe space and bed side tables with nightlights and an alarms clock. There is an en-suite with a shower wash basin and free complimentary toiletries are supplied upon arrival. The second bedroom has a double bed wardrobes and bed side tables and fresh bed line is supplied. Next to the bedrooms is the main family bathroom with a fine size bath with a shower over the bath a wash basin and socket points for shavers and electric toothbrushes - fresh towels are supplied. Unlike hotel rooms you will find a fully equipped kitchen in this apartment where you can cook at your leisure and not be governed by hotel timetables. All laundry facilities are catered for with a washing machine and clothes horse plus there is an iron and ironing board. We do provide you with details of a fine laundry company if you prefer to outsource your laundry needs. The next room on from the kitchen is the lounge which has 2 settees lcd with Freeview and a DVD player. A table and 4 chairs are to the right of the sofas where up to 4 people can wine and dine in a comfy relaxed surroundings. There is no allocated parking however there a NCP car park close by or public pay and display parking with in the area. All fresh linen and towels are provided and complimentary toiletries on your arrival. If your stay is linger then six days the apartment will be cleaned and new towels and linen will be provided. Broadband is inclusive in the nightly rate and you can use it anytime of day or night unlike hotels where you have to buy set internet packages.
