The property is a self contained on the first floor is a gas central heated apartment with private entrance free parking and private south facing terraced gardens for sun bathing and al fresco dining. This open plan apartment overlooks a tropical garden Shanklin Chine and Rhylstone Gardens and consists of a spacious bedroom with a super king size bed (or twins if preferred) a leather sofa dining area flat screen TV with Free Sat. the separate kitchen if fully equipped with electric oven and hob washing machine and dishwasher fridgefreezer and microwave. The apartment has a large bathroom comprising of bath with shower over WHB and toilet. A welcome pack available ( small charge applies and request at time of booking). Linen and towels provided (please bring own beach towels) and infants under two are welcome to stay for free and a cot and high-chair can be provided. Limitations are (sorry) no pets or children over two. We look forward to friendly you.

The property is located in the heart of Shanklin Old Village adjacent to the historical Crab Inn. If travelling by car from Yarmouth Ferry Port (Whitelink) take the A3054 to Newport and then take the A3056 towards Sandown. At Blackwater take the A3020 towards Shanklin. Once in Shanklin Old Village turn right onto A3055 towards Ventnor. Approximately 300m take the second left into Chine Avenue. Turn immediately right into a private road and the property is on the right hand side a large detached white Georgian house. |
