The Leather Factors offers nine fully furnished spacious one and two bedroom apartments available to rent for any period from two nights. Discounted rates apply for stays longer than 21 nights - 45 per one bedroom apartment and 65 for a two bedroomed apartment. Please email and ask us for our discounted corporate longer stay rates. All apartments have solid oak or maple floors throughout. Some apartments have a small balcony (smoking allowed just on balcony) and all the apartments are furnished to a extremely high standard.
