Easily situated only 5 minutes walk away from the historic quarter of Lincoln as well as Steep Hill voted Britans best place 2011 by the Academy of Urbanism. The accommodation which is on ground level is furnished to a high standard and comprises of a delightful large centrally heated room comfy King sized bed fully equipped Kitchen with fridge Hob En-suite with Power Shower. Equipment includes Flat screen TV Free WiFi access DVD player with DVD selection Clock radio iPod docking station Hairdryer Ironing board and iron. Quality towels and bed linen provided. There is also a patio area for guests use. Check in is between 4pm and 9pm check in is available outside of these hours by prior arrangement. Self service continental breakfast is provided with fresh milk and assorted cereals bread butter fruit preserves fruit juice croissants organic yogurt and teacoffee making facilities.
