Apartment Description
The town has two theatres museums and other cultural and sporting venues which have helped to increase its tourism. There is a service sector information and communication technologies and creative industries the docklands are rich in history. Festival Too is held on the Tuesday Market Place every summer. Past performers include Midge Ure Deacon Blue Suzi Quatro 10cc Mungo Jerry The Human League Buzzcocks M People Atomic Kitten S Club and Beverley Knight. The Majestic Cinema situated in the town centre is the towns just cinema. Kings Lynns main venue for concerts stand-up comedy shows and other live events is the Corn Exchange situated on Tuesday Market PlaceDuring the 16th century Kings Lynns Tuesday Market Place hosted 2 importaint trade fairs which attracted guests from as far as Italy and Germany. As the importance of trade fairs declined the Marts nature changed to become a funfair and was reduced to a single annual event that takes place on fourteen February (Valentines Day) and lasts an average of fourteen days. The Mart is also a memorial to the work of Frederick Savage a man who worked in partnership with the Showmens Guild of excellent Britain to develop new attractionsThe recently re-vamped shopping centre has lots of high street stores and some that are exclusive to Kings Lynn Lots of places to eat and Pubs where live music is on every weekend. So whether you are staying for a single night or a week theres plenty to see and do in Kings Lynn. We are a non smoking company and ask that our guests respect this and not smoke in our apartments. We unfortunatly cannot except dogs at this apartment. We have two parking spaces near the apartment. We will inform guests of these when confirmation is sent out.
