Apartment Description

The Avenue Studio is a self-catering studio apartment situated away from the hustle and bustle and noise of central London, but with convenient access to the city when you want it. It can be found in the tree-lined avenue of Worcester Park (Zone 4). Available for holiday and short term lets, this studio apartment is only a 4 minute walk (approx. 300m) to the nearest train station where you are able to take a 30 minute train ride to Waterloo for all the sights and sounds of central London.

Alternatively Wimbledon is a 10 minute train ride away giving you access to the District tube line, or Vauxhall and its Victoria tube line is just 20 minutes away. The studio is also in close proximity to Kingston Upon Thames and the beautiful Hampton Court Palace.

The studio apartment is fully furnished, with an en-suite bathroom and separate kitchen. Off street parking is available for one car.

The Bedroom:

The studio apartment comfortably sleeps 2 adults and either an additional adult or two children. There is a fold away king size bed which sleeps 2 people and a sleeper couch which sleeps another adult or two children. A travel cot can be arranged on request.

The Bathroom:

The studio has 1 bathroom which includes a toilet, wash basin, bath and a shower over the bath. Towels are provided on arrival.

The studio apartment has a Juliette balcony.

There is parking available for 1 car in the grounds of the apartment block. Street parking is limited should you have a second car.

Cleaning and concierge service:

The apartment and all linen is cleaned and laundered by professional cleaners after every occupant has departed. The room is inspected and cleaned prior to your arrival. Should you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional charge of £13 per hour.

Should you require any other services to be arranged (show tickets booked, groceries bought prior to your arrival, etc), we can offer you a concierge service. Please contact us to discuss your unique requirements.

Local Area Description: The Avenue Studio is located in the quiet suburban area of Worcester Park, South West London. It is within walking distance of the Worcester Park train station, various eateries (pubs, fish and chips, Indian and other restaurants and take-aways) and supermarkets (Waitrose and Sainsbury's local). It has excellent access to the M3 leading to the notorius M25 and good rail links to London City Centre. It is less than 30 miles (50km) from London Heathrow Airport and 23 miles (37km) from Gatwick Airport.
