The apartment is located only a ten minute walk from the town centre with its eclectic mix of historic buildings and fashionable shopping areas. You will also want to take advantage of the beautiful parks and gardens. Despite its genteel appearance, Leamington Spa is to the forefront of the modern computer industry, with gaming companies prevalent.

There are superb motorway links throughout the area, meaning that you can use the apartment as a touring base for such places as Stratford?upon-Avon with its Shakespearian connections, and also Birmingham, England's second city which can be reached in approximately 45 minutes by car.

The apartment is presented to a luxury standard, with the fully fitted kitchen including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. As mentioned there are double and single bedrooms with additional sleeping for two available in the lounge (extra charge applies). There is a bath with overhead shower. Regrettably no smoking at the apartment.
