By CarThistle House is most easily accessed by car. If you are driving from Glasgow you can either come on the A82 alongside Loch Lomond and then the A83 from Tarbet then the A815 to St Catherines Journey from Glasgow is just over an Hour.Or you can take the car ferry across the Clyde from Gourock to Dunoon and the follow the A815 to St Catherines.If you are coming from the North take either the A82 or A85 to Crainlarich then take the A82 to Tarbet then the A83 and turn off onto the A815 to St Catherines.
