Linford Stables farmhouse has eight spacious ground floor double rooms four of which are ensuites refurbished August 09 as well as new power showers. Three of the four south facing Scandinavian style ensuite rooms that overlook the horse schooling arena have double beds 1 is a twin but all four are configurable as family rooms by adding an extra bed. They each have a mini fridge kettle for tea and coffee vaulted ceiling pine floor and beams plus their own direct access via South facing double leaf French doors. The remaining four double rooms share two bathrooms and use of the farmhouse kitchen for making tea and coffee. Breakfast is optionally available between seven am and nine am at our six person en famille dining table adjacent to the farmhouse kitchen and overlooking the garden. Our secure off-road parking area can accommodate ten cars larger vehicles and horseboxes. Guests can unwind in our country garden or wander down to the paddocks or stables to see our horses. We also provide stabling and BandB for horses and riders competing at close by Addington Manor Equestrian Centre competition livery and schooling. We have stabling for up to seven horses in a secure gated yard post and rail paddocks approaching eight acres a 45x25 metre outdoor floodlit arena and horsebox hard-standing parking. Bed & Breakfast will appeal to guests looking for Lodge, Family Run, Walking Breaks, Family Breaks, Theatre Breaks, Activity Breaks, Romantic Breaks, Weekend Breaks.
