Located only a few hundred metres from the sea T Gwyn boasts three en-suite bedrooms a spacious games room out-house and specialises in accommodating families. The guest house has plenty of outdoor space; a raised patio area with chairs and table and delightful sea views as well as a huge decking space that both kids and adults can take pleasure in. Children will also love the play area with swings climbing frame and slide not to mention the large grassed area. There is also ample parking space for many cars and caravans. The inside of T Gwyn Guest House is only as spacious. Downstairs youll find a large and spacious living room and dining room with views to the sea. Every bedroom has a remote control TV ample storage space and an en-suite bathroom consisting of shower toilet and sink. Theres even a secret childrens den in 1 of the bedrooms! Being on the fringes of Aberaeron a walk into the town is only a few minutes away with all the amenities of the lively and lively Georgian seaside resort. Youll find plenty of fine restaurants and pubs as well as brilliant facilities for the children. The Guest House is also ideally situated for exploring the national heritage coastline.
