Excellent rooms amazing breakfasts and a fabulous welcome all await you at Polgassick. We will do everything possible to help you take pleasure in our stay with us. Our 2 guest rooms and dining room are completely separate from the rest of our house offering our guests a excellent deal of privacy. Both rooms are extremely tastefully decorated and have en suite bathrooms 1 with a bath and a shower the other with a large walk-in shower and dressing area. 1 of the rooms can be adapted to sleep a family of 4. You may come and go as you please with hot drinks and fresh milk available at all times. Our house sits with in 2 acres and is extremely tranquil. You are welcome to use our picturesque garden If you wish to sit outside to read a book or take pleasure in a cold glass of wine after a hard day on the beach or sight seeing! We pride ourselves on the quailty of our breakfasts be it a traditional fry up or our deli breakfast (platter of our charcuterie cheeses artisan bread and fruit) Breakfast is served at a time to suit you. Dinner is available by prior arrangement. Polgassick is only a mile outside of the hidden gem that is Lostwithiel and just 3 miles to the coast. The world renowned Eden project is only 10 minutes drive away and most of the rest of Cornwall is accessible in less than an hour making Polgassick an perfect base for your break.

From Liskeard head into and through Lostwithiel on the A 390 (towards St Austell) After you leave the town you go up a long steep hill. At the top you will see a vets on the right called Pelyn Vets...take a right turn signed to Bodmin (A3269) Just about half a mile after you will see a triangular road sign with a 50 mile an hour instruction on the left directly after that turn left into a track lined with trees. Drive up that follow the lane to the right and park on the right as you go through the gates. |
