B&B Description
The Barn was converted in 2009 and opened its doors for the first time in March 2010. Offering six luxury comfy en suite bedrooms two single2 super king twin rooms offering zip and link beds 1 of which is fully disabled welcoming one king size double room and a family suite that has a super king twin zip and link bed plus two single beds with its own sitting area. The Barn BandB has only been awarded Best BandBGuest house in Swansea Bay 2010 by Swansea Bay tourism. There is private off road parking for all guests with a separate entrance for wheelchair users if necessaryWe are registered Walker and Biker welcoming. We have a bike wash and a secure lock up for Bikes or golf equipment and a drying room for your wet kit and boots. There are four golf courses and a driving range with in ten minutes of The Barn. These include The Pyle and Kenfig and The Royal Porthcawl Golf Club. Afan Forest Park Mountain Biking centre is just fifteen mins away and Margam Park is just 2mins down the road. Swansea is fifteen minutes away and Cardiff twenty minutes. For those wanting to stay long term we have a guests kitchen to use with prior arrangement. There is barbeque area outside with picnic table. All the facilities are disabled welcoming. Packed lunches can be provided if required. We can also offer sports massage but it must be pre booked. Vegitarian and other dietary needs catered for. Please advise us on booking or on arrival.

Use either junction 37 Pyle or 38 Margam M4From Juntion 37 follow the A4229 to first roundabout and take 3rd exit signposted North Cornelly B4283.Follow through village approx 2 miles untill you see a sign for The Barn BandB on your left.Turn left and we are immediately on your right.From Junction 38 follow A48 past Margam Park enterance and take the first road on your right the B4283.Follow for 112 miles. As you go under the bridge we are on your right. You will see the sign for The Barn BandB and turn right into the car park. |
