The bright spacious bedrooms are furnished withindividual period pieces and all have en-suite luxury bathrooms (all have power-showers 2 have whirlpool baths).

There is a restful drawing room with library and log fire for guests use. Brilliant home-cooking (inc. Special diets) with local produce and choice of breakfast with freshly baked bread free range eggs and home-made preserves. Located in a tranquil position only a short stroll from the lake and close to the market town of Bala which offers a choice of pubs restaurants and shops.

The local hills provide un-crowded walking in 3 mountain ranges and there are exceptional water-sports facilities with sailing on Bala Lake and the National Whitewater Centre close by. There is a challenging golf course with lake views. Guided walking and canoeing is available (by arrangement) and also a library of walking guidebooks.

Other outdoor activities can be arranged as well as whitewater rafting sailing climbing mountain biking 4x4 driving etc. Private parking locked storage for bicycles and drying room are provided. An perfect position for touring North Wales and Snowdonia.
