Situated with in Hertfordshire an area of exceptional English countrysideEnjoy a velvet bottle of wine in your plush well appointed room have a midnight dip in a hot swimming pool catch some rays by the poolside or chill out with a book in our mixed fruit orchard. Go for a walk through old oak woods close by to smell the crisp clean country air unwind and feel your stress only melt away. Our BandB is close to Welwyn Garden City Stevenage Hatfield Ware Hoddesdon Broxbourne and Harlow. Easy transport links to London Luton Airport and Stanstead Airport. Close by of major motorways such as A1 A10 M1 and M25. We offer comfy and relaxed accomodation in a warm ample location with peaceful gardens and a private heated swimming pool (April-October) for the use of guests. Each room tastefully decorated to the highest standard with Freeview in every room. Large TV downstairs in the TV room with Sky TV. Family room has a super kingsize bed and fold out sofa bed for the family with en-suite facilities. Single room has a full view over the garden and is extremely relaxed with tea and coffee making facilities. The Double room has sumptuous bedding to help you unwind while enjoying the peace and peaceful. Dogs and children are welcome to stay (at small extra cost). Please note we have two welcoming cocker spaniels who love children. Free Parking wireless internet and many other services available as well as a log fire for use in the winter. From Hertford Town centre take the Gascoyne way (A414) heading west. At the second roundabout take the second exit. Turn right onto A119 ( North Road) pass Hertford North station on left and go under the railway bridge. At the mini roundabout take the left exit (B1000) Welwyn Road. Take the second left onto Fordwich Rise and follow the road around till you come to a triangular island on the corner. The Apple Tree (no. 27) is the corner house behind the Island. |
