Kinross is perfectly located in Central Scotland Edinburgh and St Andrews are just 40 minutes away with Perth and Stirling less than 25 minutes away.

For our guests heading to or from the continent the Rosyth Ferry Port is only half an hour away with M90 joining to all the major routes across the country. With in ten minutes walk is the renowned Loch Leven Fishery with its renowned pink fleshed trout. The nearest golf courses are a three minute drive away and the RSPB visitor centre at Vane Farm is ten minutes drive away.
