The Heritage Hotel is in the artistic and cultural centre of Glasgow located on an elevated victorian terrace. A short stroll takes you into cosmopolitan Glasgow-Byres Road a favourite haunt of academia with its many and varied bars and bistros-Great Western Road with its magnificent homes and the botanic gardens with its exotic plants. The clockwork Orange Glasgows underground train system is a short walk taking just minutes into the city centre or stops at Ibrox to watch 1 of Glasgows renowned football teams. We have limited hotel parking for those enroute to Loch Lomand or the north and a bus ride away from the start of the west highland walk way. From North turn off junction 17 on M8 onto A82 (Dumbarton). Proceed along Great Western Road until its junction with Byres Road turn left. Take second left into Great George Street. Proceed up Great George Street taking the third turning on the left into Cecil Street. Go down Cecil Street after school turn right into the lane this leads into the Heritage Hotel parking area. From Southturn off at junction 18 then follow above directions. |
